Our Commitment to Genuine Reviews

Every review and testimonial we display reflects the honest experience of a real patient. We believe patient trust is earned through transparency, so we present feedback truthfully — including the fact that results and experiences vary from person to person.

How We Collect Reviews

Patient feedback reaches us in a few simple, natural ways:

• Patients may voluntarily leave a review on our Google Business Profile after their visit or treatment.
• Patients may share written or verbal feedback with our team, which we may publish with their consent.
• We may politely invite patients to share their honest experience — but we never dictate what they should say.

We Do Not Incentivise or Fake Reviews

In line with Google's review guidelines, we follow strict standards:

• We do not offer money, discounts, gifts or any incentive in exchange for a review.
• We do not write fake reviews, or ask staff, family or agencies to post reviews as patients.
• We do not selectively solicit only happy patients while discouraging others (review gating).
• We do not edit, alter or fabricate the words of a genuine review.

All patients are free to leave positive, neutral or critical feedback. Honest criticism helps us improve.

Consent & Patient Privacy

Testimonials that name a patient, show their photo, or describe their treatment are published only with that patient's consent. We respect patient privacy at all times and handle personal and health information responsibly. A patient may ask us to remove their testimonial from our website at any time.

Google Reviews

Reviews displayed from our Google Business Profile are managed by Google and reflect ratings submitted directly by patients on Google's platform. We do not control, edit or remove reviews on Google. Any concerns about a Google review should be raised through Google, though we are always happy to address patient concerns directly as well.

Responding to Reviews

We aim to respond to feedback respectfully and professionally, whether it is positive or critical. We do not share private medical details in public replies. If a review raises a genuine concern, we prefer to resolve it directly and privately with the patient.

Results May Vary

Testimonials describe individual experiences. Because every patient's condition, body constitution (Prakriti) and response to treatment is different, the outcomes described in a review are not a guarantee of similar results for any other patient. Please consult our doctors for advice specific to your health.
